What is your shipping policy?
We ship bare root plants using Priority Mail. It is important that you are ready for your plants to go into the ground when we ship them. Your box will come with instructions on the care of your plants once you receive them.

Can I schedule my ship date?
We know schedules are important so we try to work with you to meet your preferred ship date. Please call us to confirm your ship date no later than March 1st in order to help us best accommodate your needs.

What if my plants are damaged during shipment?
If there are damages during shipment, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant. We will not be held responsible for loss of sales, materials used, shipping costs, or profits.

Is my pre-order quantity guaranteed?
Because our plants are propagated months in advance, there is always a chance that we may experience inconsistencies in fulfillment. We do everything we can to monitor the growth and development of your plants and should we see there will be a shortage or change, we will let you know as soon as possible. We strive to provide you the best quality and availability of plants.

How do I pay for my order?
For all plant plug pre-orders, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance, plus shipping will be due before your ship date. We will send you an invoice which you can pay by check or credit card. To submit a check, mail to:

Is there a minimum order?
Plant quantity is ordered by flat and the minimum plant plug order is the quantity of the flat, this varies by 32 or 38 count flats depending on the cultivar,

Can I mix and match cultivars?
No, we only sell one cultivar variety per flat.

Are your plants inspected before shipping?
Plants are approved by the Michigan Department of Agriculture for out of state shipping.
